Julian Omidi knows that as a result of the mortgage crisis and recession many had to scale back their charitable donations for the last several years. With the economy balancing out and more people seeing stability in their employment, many are able to make end-of-year contributions to nonprofits again. Julian Omidi outlines how you can maximize the impact of your charitable donations this year.
As the end of the year approaches it is not uncommon for people to make last-minute donations to various organizations. Oftentimes people do not plan out where their money will go and make multiple small donations to charities that are pitched to them by friends or family. As the 2012 comes to a close I wanted to share with you some tips on how you can maximize the impact of your charitable donations by planning ahead and organizing how you will give.
If one of your passions is aiding the impoverished, whether in the United States or across the globe, consider providing donations to charities supported by No More Poverty. My brother Michael Omidi and I are extremely passionate about the charities that we support and encourage you to support them in your end of year giving as well.
However you choose to make your charitable donations this year, make sure that you can make them as impactful as possible.
